Aquarius Jan 19 – Feb 17

Last week’s full moon crossed the parts of your chart that accent both close relationships and your feelings about them. Deal with those feelings and let bygones be bygones or other working relations will be badly affected. Turn you thoughts to how best to rebuild the morale of your whole work force. In the process you feel more positive about yourself too.

Pisces Feb 18 – March 19

In some situations decisions are easy to make but in one particular case you can’t see a clear way ahead. That’s what your mentor is for. Discuss the problem with him or her and you’ll find that by the middle of the month you’ve solved your dilemma and it’s all systems go.

Aries march 20 – April 18

You’re on the verge of shouldering the burden for something that shouldn’t really involve you. Don’t give in to pleas that you are the only one who can save the day. Stand firm and allow the person to whom you’ve delegated this particular task to do the job. They’ll rise to the challenge and you’ll both be happier as a result.

Taurus April 19 – May 19

You’re grappling with a problem this week and can’t see the best way to solve it. There are members of staff who have some good suggestions to make. Stop assuming you have to have all the answers and accept their help. You’ll learn a lot.

Gemini May 20 – June 20

Just because you’re questioning plans that you were once passionate about doesn’t mean you were wrong and should give up. Circumstances and have changed and so have you so you simply need to revise your business plan. By the end of next week you’ll have come up with a better option and the passion will have returned.

Cancer June 21 – July 21

Last week’s full moon caused a bit of shop floor turmoil. Sensitive issues are now out in the open. Don’t brush them back under the office carpet. Call everyone concerned together, find an outside mediator and listen to what everyone has to say. With the mediator’s help a solution will be found and you’ll come out smelling of roses.
